Description

"Puffy Dragon" ID code 41100 is not working as it should. Its considered a legit item, but when using/testing it your unable to use it in legit area's such as RDC or Cedi. I've tested it before were the effect simply wasn't working at all, but I could still wear it inside of both Cedi and RDC. However, players have been reporting that they are unable to wear it at all now in either.

Steps to reproduce this issue

As I'm not sure if the item itself is not working outside of legit area's right now as well I'd suggest testing it to the fullest. If it is working outside there and not working inside legit area's I'm going to guess its being listed as a "Premium" item instead of as a "Legit" one. So I'd say It needs to be brought back as such.
