Description

Complete effect is not working as it should. The only effect on the card that seems to be currently working is the "Grants the skill repair weapon." and the rest seem to not be working at all.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Making it so the rest of the effects work as well.

Tested this with a friend, and the bug report is correct. The only working effect of the card is the Repair Weapon skill, there is no movement disabling.

Tested with the attacker having range and melee, as well as target with and without Hermes Sandals (Endure effect).
