Description

Emergency Call still allows you to walk while casting it. Also, equips that prevent cast interruption (such as Phen card) will allow the cast to be uninterrupted. Equipment that reduce cast time, such as Berzebub Card, have no effect on ECall as intended.

Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Cast Emergency Call with Phen Card
  2. Walk around and have someone hit you

Fixed in test server. Cast time on skills is still an issue. Posting a new topic for it now.
