Description

The "Premium Item Exchanger" NPC sometimes will not accept a item that's been bought within the 3 day period as it should unless the player is stripped down to nothing or on alternative character with that item alone. However, it should accept it regardless of them having items on them or not as long as the player is within the 3 day period to return a item.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Please fix it so they can do that.

I'm not sure if its connected. I've been able to exchange both in game cash shop items along with web cash shop items, but for some reason it won't take my "Costume: Valentines Blush" from the cash shop. It just blanks out.

You can't use limited points in the web cash shop and that is where the costume is located. I also found you can trade in "100 Point Coins" to the NPC which should not be allowed. Its only the donation items bought within the 3 day period, points not included.
