Description

Hi,

I cant use Bellum Balista to spam DS and my aspd is 196.

Thanks to fix this bug.

Steps to reproduce this issue

juste use Bellum Balista to spam ds.

As far as I can tell, this is intended. The bow removes 5 of your ASPD.

A new visual effect to display when SP draining effects were activated was implemented a few months ago. The visual effect is a blue number, similar to how normal damage is seen as red, however this visual effect has an animation delay that its only visible/noticeable when using single target skills (such as DS). This results in an odd "double-attacking" animation which makes spamming single target skills impossible impossible. AoE skills or normal melee attacks are unaffacted.
