Description

Melanis Orb Mirror Shard is not working as described in the orb description for both Magic and Melee reflect damage.

Steps to reproduce this issue
Tested:
1. Reported Bug and was called on for resolving ticket
2. Put on Mirror Shard in +10 Valk armour
3. Asked GM Venus to attack me using close-range attack
4. No reflect damage observed.

Noticed that there it has got 10% chance to reflect melee damage which is suppose be applied for the magic damage.
For melee it should always Reflect 1% per refine of melee damage to attacker as per the item description.

Mirror Shard also has a 1% per refine chance to reflect magic attacks. So in case of +10 Valk armour it should have a 10% chance to reflect magic back to the caster which is not working as well.

Steps to Reproduce

1. User +10 Valk with Mirror Shard
2. Use a priest to holy light me
3. No reflect magic noticed
4. Used a wizard to JT me
5. No reflect magic noticed

So Mirror Shard appears to be reflecting Melee damage at a rate of 1% per refine and no Magic Damage

We even tested the 10% magic reflect of mirror shard and that is not working as well.
