Seems like some NPCs broke after the unexpected crash a few weeks back. Only two of the problematic ones are known for now so I'll list them both here.

1) WOE Kafra[Location: Every city near the Kafra NPC during WOE time]
2) Bacon Eater[Location: Prontera. East of the central fountain.]

Both of them are unresponsive and do not trigger dialogue upon clicking. Reported and confirmed by multiple players and shown to both GM Thunder and Phoenix a few days prior too when they logged into the server.
