Description

I believe some big fish may not be implemented, could you check to see if all big fish are fish-able. I came to this conclusion as i looked up id's for the big fish trying to get hints of there location, by there name and description. and found that some locations they hinted towards, such as umballa, Rachel, and nameless island. There are many other places that you are not able to fish but could fish. I didn't know if this was also in the original intention.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Item description on these three big fish, lead me to believe that they are in area's that you can not fish them, Making the Big fish achievements unobtainable.

^ These both can be fished(with low chances) , maybe that's why you haven't got those.
Confirming that Mutti Fisch(40431) cannot be fished
