Turns out the Clementia and Cantocandus have been severely buggy for some months now. The latest maintenance seems to have fixed canto but clemen really has taken a dive.

Normally, we get +16 bonus to str/int and dex with Clementia but we are only getting 8ish mostly. This issue was confirmed by multiple players and even presented to GM Phoenix, Mystery and Thunde. One of our more informed player theorized, the problem might stem from the High Priest's skill "Meditation". It seems to trip clementia somehow. I decided to test the theory with two of my Arch Bishops. One got Meditation skill and the other didn't. Surprisingly, the theory somehow fits. The Clementia of the AB that doesn't have the Meditation skill is giving proper +16 stats while the other AB who doesn't, is just giving +8. Normally players take this skill to aid in SP regeneration so it's a widely used skill, hence a lot of folks are facing the bugged out buff issue. Normal blessing works just fine by the way so the issue is just localize to the AOE version.
