Description

Kublin card's HDEF -20 part doesn't proc

Steps to reproduce this issue

Bug i)1) Put Kublin card into weapons

2) Hit person

3)????

4) No profit.

Card confirmed working.

Note: It doesn't display the defense change in status window, however, damage changes to reflect it.

Update: It affects total defense and not just HDEF.

Step 1) Put Kublin and Thana card (which should only affect SDEF in loki)

2) Attack until Kublin procs ( will notice drop in damage)
