Description

So there's two problems with how the skill works.

1) The target is still off it is now targeting 1 id down than intended. (instead of up like before lol)

2) Hatred target does not stick after log out. Ie: player sets hatred to a mob then after a time logs out. Logs back in and goes to attack the same mob type and deals damage equal to not having set a hatred to that target.

The original problem wasn't with hatred itself buy Specifically w/ Gioia or whatever the original bug reported was.

You guys make a global change on the skill parameter and fucked up all but ONE MOB essentially. The same thing is happening w/ class hatreds now too.

Put it back to the way it was before and add a specific parameter in for Gioia if it's that important.
