Description

Amorous Narcissist (#42664) is incorrectly inflicting negative status condition on self. This occurs because the Frost Joker skill is self-targeting, so no matter which is selected (target or self) it always inflicts on self.

Steps to reproduce this issue

1) Equip Amorous Narcissist

2) Cast Frost joker
