Description

My bandit pet is loyal but the pet has no effect at all. It should make you proc lvl 1 Full Strip on the enemy at 1% when attacked by any source (I guess magic too).

Steps to reproduce this issue

Get meleed'ed by 3 alts for 5 minutes. Full Strip does not proc at all-

I figured what the problem is. The script of the pet is wrong. Full Strip does proc when I attack, but not when being attacked.

And If I have to compared proc rate between bandit pet and VR card, which should have the same chance to cast (1%). VR card procs way more frequently (every 2 seconds), whereas Bandit pet proc every 1 minute?

It may just be a description error. Will have to look through past maint threads to find out if an effect was listed anywhere.
