There are time where "You cast your line" but no animation appears, no bubble animation. You cannot do skills, you cannot walk. But you can still chat and see the main chat and other people around you moving. You're just there, standing and cant do anything but chat. Even if you warp to other town, you can't still move. You can solve it by relogging, but its too annoying. Its like every 2 "casting of your line" you'll be stack up. And it eats your bait.
